College & Career Counseling
You follow the rules, put in the effort, work to stay calm, and tick off all the boxes. Still, you find yourself in a place that feels stuck or not quite right. It can be easy to feel like you’re the only one struggling, while everyone else seems to be crushing it.
Are you:
Not sure what you really want?
Looking to make a real change, but not sure how?
Worried that showing you’re not perfect in your career or studies will be seen as a weakness?
Finding that work stress is affecting your relationships, making it hard to connect and get support?
My Approach: Counseling for the Whole Person
Career and academic success aren’t just about getting a good job or grades. True professional happiness comes from being emotionally strong and knowing yourself well.
I create a safe space to break free from the strict “scripts” you’ve been following. We’ll look beyond just job descriptions and explore the internal patterns—like feeling insecure, anxious, or afraid of rejection—that hold you back from standing up for what you need.
My Background
For nearly two decades, I worked in academic and career settings, providing counseling and academic support services for undergraduate and graduate students. I have a passion for working with people considering embarking on a new educational and career journey, as well as students struggling with how to navigate the challenges and intricacies of college and professional life.
