Relationship Therapy
Most of us were never taught how to build partnerships that thrive. Instead, we learn to bottle up our needs and avoid "making a scene." Over time, this creates a cycle of resentment, parallel lives, and the feeling that you’re roommates rather than partners.
Do any of these feel familiar?
You hold back your true feelings to avoid conflict, but the distance only grows.
You’re great at logistics but struggle with emotional intimacy.
You worry that being honest about your stress or mental health will lead to rejection.
My Approach
I work to create a safe and collaborative space to help each partner break out of rigid cultural expectations and move toward a relationship that feels rich and vital. We won’t just talk about your problems; we’ll capitalize on your strengths and build the skills to change them.
Together, we will work to:
Learn to advocate for your needs without defensiveness.
Understand the anxiety or insecurity driving your "shutdown" cycles.
Create a space where vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness.
I believe that relationships are fundamental to who we are as humans and are critical to our overall well being. You deserve partnership that provides what you actually need: support, connection, and compassion.
