LGBTQ Clients

As queer people, we face pressures unique to our community. Whether it’s navigating coming out, managing family dynamics, or dealing with the ongoing experience of minority stress, you shouldn’t have to explain the basics of your lived experience to your therapist.

Tailored Support for Your Journey

As a gay man, I know from experience how important it is to have a therapist that is affirming and holds a deep understanding of the unique stressors our community faces. Together, we move beyond  surviving to help you build a life and relationships that feel rich, vital, and true to who you are.

We focus on:

  • Navigating queer dating, non-traditional relationship structures, or building intimacy in a world that often devalues LGBTQ+ love.

  • Managing complex relationships with family of origin or building your own chosen family.

  • Overcoming internalized shame and the pressure to perform or fit into heteronormative boxes.

  • Asserting yourself in professional spaces while maintaining your authentic self.

Find Connection Without Compromise

You deserve a space where you can be fully seen without judgment or the need to translate your experience. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your emotional resilience and create deep, meaningful connections.
